In Flight

We were having some network probs at work, so I unexpectedly got the day off! I decided to be productive and get on the crane-strings I blogged about yesterday. I think they turned out great! I love how graceful and delicate they look. It was easy, too- a needle and some embroidery floss and a handful of cranes! :]

i heart paper cranes

I love paper cranes. I really do. There's something really elegant about them. Unfortunately, I can't make them for the life of me. Luckily, I recently "inherited" a handful of them- they were table decor at a wedding I shot last weekend- and I've been scheming up cool ways to use them every day since.

I'm leaning toward stringing them up in a line:
